Our Policy
Returns — Phuong Studio
At Phuong Studio, every piece is hand-selected — we want you to live with it for years. If something isn't right, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, no marks of wear, and in its original packaging. Please keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at support.phuongstudio@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We'll respond within 1–2 working days with instructions and a return address.
A note: items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted. Please wait for our confirmation before posting anything.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is at the customer's cost. We recommend a tracked service — we can't take responsibility for parcels lost on the way back to us.
If your piece arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we cover return shipping in full (see below).
Damaged or incorrect items
Wood is a natural material — small variations in grain, tone, and figure are part of each piece, not a defect. We describe what to expect on every product page.
However, if your order arrives with a genuine fault — a crack, split, finish flaw, or the wrong item — please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including all shipping costs. No back-and-forth.
Non-returnable items

If you're unsure whether your purchase qualifies, just ask us first.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. The fastest route is to return your original piece for a refund, then place a new order at your convenience — this also ensures you don't miss out if stock is limited.
Your right to cancel — UK customers
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Email support.phuongstudio@gmail.com to begin — no explanation needed.
Your right to cancel — EU customers
If you're shopping from the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason and without justification. The item must still be unused and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been checked, we'll email you to confirm whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method within 10 working days. Banks and card providers can take a few extra days to post the refund — please allow for this.
If more than 15 working days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you still haven't received it, email support.phuongstudio@gmail.com and we'll chase it for you.

SHIPPING POLICY
At Phuong Studio, every piece is hand-selected and shipped from independent makers and small studios. We use insured, tracked services and are transparent about shipping costs rather than hiding them in product pricing.
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping (EU and worldwide) is coming soon — please join our mailing list to be notified when it opens.
Processing time
Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–3 working days of payment. Occasionally a piece sourced from a specialist maker may take an extra day or two — if so, we'll email you before your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. We use Royal Mail Tracked and Evri for UK delivery.
Please note that delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, and other remote UK postcodes may take 1–2 additional working days.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves us. If your tracking hasn't updated after 3 working days, please email support.phuongstudio@gmail.com — we'll chase the carrier on your behalf.
Multiple shipments
Because we work with a small network of makers, occasionally items in the same order ship from different studios and arrive separately. You'll receive a tracking link for each parcel. There is no additional charge for split shipments.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, please email support.phuongstudio@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — including all shipping costs.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement. If you spot an error, email us within 1 hour of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
Undelivered or unclaimed parcels
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, repeatedly missed delivery), we'll contact you to arrange re-shipping at your cost, or to refund the product price minus the original outbound shipping and any return fees from the carrier.

Products and natural wood variation
Phuong Studio sells homeware made from natural wood, including (but not limited to) mango, olive, oak, acacia, and walnut. As a natural material, every piece varies in grain, tone, knots, and figure. Photographs on product pages are representative; small differences between the photographed piece and the one delivered are part of the character of the material, not a defect.
We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display will be exact, and slight colour differences between photograph and product are not grounds for return as faulty.
Pricing and availability
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable UK VAT where relevant. Prices, descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including but not limited to orders that appear to be placed by automated systems, orders where pricing or product information is displayed in error, and orders that cannot be fulfilled due to stock availability. In the event of a cancellation, you will be refunded in full.
Accounts
If you create an account on our site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, photography, logos, brand marks, and the "Phuong Studio" name — is the property of Phuong Studio and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, copy, or use this content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phuong Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Indemnification
