Charcuterie & Cheese Boards
The Gathering
Wooden boards built for slow Saturday hosting.
A grazing board is permission — to take longer over dinner, to keep the table set, to let people stay. We curate food-safe mango boards generous enough to hold a real evening, restrained enough to feel like the room.

Hospitality is not the food. It's the surface you serve it on, the time you take, the room you make. A good board does most of that work for you.![]()
Build the board in three layers.
The best grazing boards aren't designed — they're layered. Start with the soft anchors, add the salty contrast, finish with the sweet and the green. Then leave it. Restraint reads as generosity.
- Anchor — two cheeses, far corners. Soft and hard, never both soft.
- Salt — cured meats folded loosely, a small bowl of olives, a few crackers fanned.
- Bright — grapes, figs, fresh herbs. Honey in a tiny vessel. The wood should still show through.
